Got some hammerhead earphones for xmas, fully charged and light on the case goes green but they don't show up on blue tooth, can't get them to make any noise.
Have tried the app and another phone but still can't get them to show up

I’m here to help. I understand your new Razer Hammerhead earbuds are not pairing with your device. Please try connecting your earbuds to a different phone or computer. If the same problem persists, send me a PM with your earbuds serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed in this link.
