Razer Nari stopped working, won't charge or turn on

Hi y’all, before I start, I looked at this thread already, and tried everything in it, and other threads on here and reddit that I could find, nothing worked.

I have the original Nari headset, upgraded a while back, but kept them in case of a rainy day. Today, that day came when my father’s earbuds died on him, and I offered the use of my old Nari’s. I knew they weren’t charged, so i plugged them in, they started and were working fine. The red light to signal they were charging was on, too.

Then about 5-10 mins later, my dad said they started beeping like they needed to be charged, and then just died. I still have them plugged in, I tried a different microUSB cord, nothing. No red light, the Razer logo on the side will attempt to light up, but nothing beyond that. The computer says they’re still connected to the PC, so I don’t understand what is going on.

Are they good as permanently dead? Are there any solutions I may have not tried?

ETA: I tried both microUSB cables on an old portable battery I have and both cables work fine.
