Why cant i connect and configure my Opus X? every other device instantly shows on synapse after i plug it in

The Razer Opus X is not compatible with the Razer Synapse software. You can check the list of supported devices by clicking here. Hopefully, that clears things out. Feel free to reach out via PM if you need further assistance.
