Wolverine V3 Pro Not Connecting to Xbox Series X

I understand that your Razer Wolverine V3 Pro fails to connect wirelessly to an Xbox and remains unresponsive even with a wired connection. When did this issue start, and was it working fine before? Are there any changes to your setup that might have affected the connection? Please try the steps below to isolate teh problem:|

1. Try connecting the controller to a different USB port on your console to ensure the port is not the issue.
2. Make sure to download the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app on your console, and you will be prompted if a newer firmware version is available.
3. Remove all accessories/devices connected to the console when updating firmware.
4. Power cycle your gaming console (check console's user guide).
5. Connect wirelessly and test your controller (for wireless connection). Ensure your controller is fully charged. If the controller does not power on, place it on the charging stand, make sure it's plugged into a power outlet, and charge for at least 3 hours.
6. Use a USB-C to USB-A cable to connect the controller to the console. Plug the USB-C end into the controller and the USB-A end into the console.
7. Connect and test your Razer controller on a different gaming console to see if the issue persists.
