Razer Viper V2 Pro dongle not recognized

Hello,
I recently encountered an issue with my Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse. Despite purchasing a new dongle, updating the mouse firmware, and reinstalling Razer Synapse, my PC still does not recognize the dongle. The mouse works perfectly when connected via cable, but it doesn’t seem to connect wirelessly. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, including updating drivers, testing the dongle on different USB ports, reinstalling Razer Synapse, and even trying the dongle on a different laptop, but the issue persists. Unfortunately, my warranty has expired. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
