Razer Kishi Ultra doesnt work with my Tablet (Honor Pad9)

Hello everybody

I have been trying connect my Razer Kishi Ultra with my tablet, after download the app Razer Nexus and Razer Pc Remote play and open it shows something wrong between Tablet-Control (Generic Control)

I proved with differents wires, I deleted and downloaded the Apps many times

I hope you can help me
