What can I do if I purchase an online razer gold card and it says it's already been used

For any issues with your Razer Gold, please create a ticket or contact customer service via Live Chat. Make sure to provide them with the following information:


1. Everything has to be a separate image.
2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
