THX Spatial Audio activation code already used with same razor ID?

Hi There

 

I am having major issues with my THX spatial audio and I about to delete it and never use a razor product again. 

 

It has been installed successfully for 2 years, PC restarted for an update. Reloged back into THX and it asked me to login so I did. Now THX spatial audio is gone and it is asking me to buy a new activation code. Tried loging into the website to activate it but it says it is already activated and my product is not eligible for an activation key when using the serial number. The Razor ID was created on the same day of the purchase but it will not let me register the product. 

Pls get this sorted within 15 days.
