RAZOR NARI ULTIMATE - Request support regarding Dissconnect/Reconnect issue

Hi Razor,

I have the dreaded Dissconnect/Reconnect issue. I’ve tried everything to no avail. I guess i am one of the unlucky ones with an iffy Dongle. Can I get a replacement USB dongle for these nice headphones please?
