Pro Click Mini horizontal scroll bug

The bug is already discussed here: pro click mini horizontal scroll / tilt / left right scroll | Razer Insider
I just want to post it in the support forum.
Basically the default setting of Pro Click Mini’s horizontal scroll (tilting scroll wheel) is unusable. There’s a bug causes extra unintended input that can only be dealt with by turning the mouse off and back on, and the bug is triggered by simply tilting the scroll wheel.

Hi autoAcidGreensource530,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I understand that the tilting of the scroll wheel is not functioning correctly. Does the issue occur when connected via Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz Dongle? Does the problem persist when Synapse is disabled? When did the issue start?

In the meantime, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clean the affected button using a can of compressed air.
  2. Ensure that Windows is up to date.
  3. Connect your mouse directly to the PC instead of a USB hub.
  4. Update the firmware on your Razer Pro Click Mini.
  5. Check if a specific software is causing the issue by closing Razer Synapse.
  6. If closing Razer Synapse resolves the issue, please reinstall your mouse drivers and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
  7. Test your mouse on another PC to verify if the issue persists.

I hope these steps help. If you need further assistance, please feel free to PM me with your mouse's serial number. All the best!
