Brand New Razer Blade 15 (late 2019) NOT CHARGING / DEAD

Just got my brand new Razer blade 15 today! It was working good and I was testing for any issues. After an hour of testing, I was feeling good about everything! I didn't find anything wrong with it. I then realized the battery was getting low so I deiced to plug it in... Big problem the laptop doesn't charge & no lights flash when plugged in on the laptop or on the power brick. The power brick gets warm but doesn't work/charge the laptop.. Im thinking either the battery is messed up or the power brick is. I tried to test out different outlets and nothing has worked... Now my laptops at 0% and dead and I cant trouble shoot anything. I can't even use my brand new laptop.. How can I fix this? I'm in my 14 day period, Thinking about getting a replacement model. Any ideas?

Got in contact with Razer support via phone! They were very helpful with getting me a replacement unit :D Hopefully that system works well

how do i make a thread too? i have the early advanced model blade 2019 and i am having a charging issue, where when i plug in the the charger it wont charge the laptop. this is ridiculous. for the amount i paid for this model to have issue's with something like charging. I haven't had this for a year yet..

Hey Apollo! To make a thread you just click "Quick Start" Its on the right side of the page! But I feel you, its very upsetting when stuff like this happens, especially since its something so simple as charging a laptop. Id suggest to call Razer customer service and see if they can do anything. I was lucky for it being in the 14 day period, Hopefully the new unit works well..
