Defective 230W Power Adapter Need replacement !
I bought RazerBlade15 on May 9, 2019.
My Power adapter has stopped working. There is no damage to the product. It was only used on my desk. The small LED on the PSU is not lit.
I have sent an email and have been put on hold with support for the past hour, but have not yet responded.
Can I get a guarantee?
Is support operated?
I want to fix it within the year.
