Razer Raiju Ultimate Firmware BETA

I have been forwarded by @Dekades to create a forum thread regarding the Razer Raiju Ultimate and its firmware. So could someone get back to me in response to this thread thanks ! I’m sure most have been aware of the community backlash to this product. With personal use of it, not working as intended - and nothing being done. The frustration as a long term customer of razer products; and lack of customer support is unacceptable. This should have been dealt with before release, or at least now respond to the community with updates on what’s happening in terms of the controller and it’s firmware. Awaiting a response, hopefully to put an end to this long awaited issue and many others dealing with a £200 joke where the customers are having to dig for answers themselves.

Even if they could email me the link like some others I don’t mind as long as some action is taken until the next version firmware release.

When the Full version? (Not Beta) The drift Stick and the lag are sure software problems and sames with the beta 1.2 (Sorry for my english)

we are in December possible that the problem has not yet been solved ... for a € 200 controller is not acceptable

It seems like the main problem the 1.02 beta has fixed is the unresponsiveness off the triggers. From what I can tell the thumbsticks and their unresponsiveness, especially the right thumbstick's when aiming left, hasn't been affected. I guess the problem of the thumbsticks dragging the aim to a direction could be fixed with an update to the deadzones. However the unresponsiveness of the right stick is a different problem and is likely a driver/memory problem.

Since the beta, only my left stick is still drifting. Now if they could fix this before christmas...

Well for me it Goes like this, i got second razer raiju ultimate and on bluetooth i have still impossible Input lag, wired right stick is still lacking responsivnes but especially when aiming to the left and Little down, also i noticed that it catching a lag sometimes and going crazy. Funny thing that first Day it worked fine and Day by Day gotten worse. From the beginning there was installed 1.01 firmware, asked Staff on forum for 1.02 but no reply at all. Well im going to shop and change it for another one and if that not gonna help refund and wait for Astro c40 Tr..

In my experience the 1.02 beta doesn't affect the problems regarding thumbsticks, so don't get your hopes up.

Same. Stil stick drift on left stick. Input lag seems better though. But man, got this controller since october. This is a let down as a first razer customer.

Same issues for me. Drift issues : left stick moves to right, right stick moves to up. The issue start 2 hours ago. Before that, played without problem while only 1 Week. (Sorry for my English, i'm French)

This has been my first purchase into the Razer world - Needless to say I'm proper disappointed. this product hasn't received an update to the firmware for so long. Have the developers abandoned support for the Ultimate? The Beta was being sent out to those who shouted the loudest back in November!!! It's January now and nothing ............. near £200 for a controller that's far from "Ultimate" ......... please don't say I've wasted my money?!?!?!
