Keyboard Lighting Flash

Sometimes I get this short flash on the numberpad section of my keyboard. My layout is only static, with certain keys lit up and then the rest a grey colour. I can't get a video of it because it just happens at random times. I've seen people have this problem too but I didn't see any way to fix it Is it a hardware problem or a software problem? If it's hardware then forget about fixing this lol

    I have the Razer Chroma Blackwidow v2 Yes I have Synapse running in the background

    Test it out for a day or two without Synapse running in the background and send me a PM with the serial number of your keyboard so I can look into possible firmware fixes.
