I opened a post with a question about a malfunction on reddit, and after a hour i had your welcoming support Team in my dm’s - which were eager to define the problem. Even after i got stressed by work and couldn’t reply in a week and follow the steps for clarifying the problem, they were still really fast with their responses and never lost rack at where we were at.
Overall a very beautiful and positive experience, haven’t really seen that ever of a support team!
