Great support from the Razer team on Reddit!

I love how Razer reaches out to its customers on Reddit that post issues they are having with their Razer gear.  My Viper 8k is starting to have scroll wheel issues and the Razer team actually reached out directly to me via DM on Reddit.  They got me all setup with a warranty claim and I will hopefully be getting more details on that via email in the next day or so.   Keep up the great work!
