Synapse Issues

Hello! Hoping someone can assist. I've been having issues with the Synapse software. When I install Synapse 3 (or 2) my mouse starts lagging (jumping on the screen) and my audio starts crackling, stuttering and cutting out. Uninstalling and then rebooting fixes the issue. I've googled for solutions a bit and here's what I've done so far. - I'm on Windows 10 - I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse 3/2 (uninstalling through Add/Remove Programs and also with Geek Uninstaller) - Tried updating my realtek audio drivers - Changed the Polling Rate in Synapse to 500 (from 100) - Change the audio rate to CD 16 bit, 44100 Hz - Made sure any sound processing options were disabled - Uninstalled some of the Asus audio software that I had installed - Made sure no devices were set to "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in Device Manager - Removed any unneeded USB devices - Tried multiple USB ports Not sure what else to try at this point but I'd really like to be able to use the software with my Razer devices.
