No sound after Installing Synapse 3

Hello guys, I'm new here so sorry if this is perhaps at the wrong place, but I wasn't able to find any solutions on the internet. I recently bought a Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard and a Deathadder Mouse and since I also wanted to customize the colours and settings I installed the Razer Synapse software. My issue now is that since I installed it, that every sound is gone... I use a seperate Headset that is not from Razer. It's from Logitech (No hate please...). And since Synapse is installed is the Headset not playing any audio whatsoever. The Windows Audio mixer shows that the system is playing audio to the right device but I can't find out what the issue is. The headset itself is just a few days old so it should not be broken by now... Additional information

• Synapse version: 3.4.415.41818
• System: Windows 10 Pro (64-Bit)
• NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready 430.64 (idk if that is important but provide it anyway.)
