Hi, I have bought the new Razor Blade Stealth 13 (late 2019) with the RTX 1650. I have installed a new WIndows 10 and all availalble drivers and did all windows updates and also installted the Razer Synapse software. But the trackpad doest work anymore since the new windows installation. Which drivers are the correct ones for the device? In the hardware manager I can see Razor Blade Stealth as mouse. But the trackpad itself doesnt work. Do you have any advice? Which things I can do and which driver software I should try?? Greetings

anyone ever find a fix for this? I've tried everything and cannot get the trackpad to work and cannot get through to support. Dropped $2k on this and cannot even get a reply from razer. Getting fed up and about to return.

Hey everyone! Sorry to hear about your Razer Blade Stealth 13's concern here. Please send me a PM together with a photo/video showing the issue and the device serial number. Let's continue from there.

well no thanks to razer support (which is awful), finally fixed it on my own by installing http://drivers.razersupport.com//index.php?_m=downloads&_a=downloadfile&downloaditemid=3483 razer support told me I had to format and factory restore my laptop, as that's the ONLY way to fix it. Also took 3 days to get that far. Last Razer product for me.

Thanks for letting me know. Performing a factory reset is the last resort of troubleshooting after exhausting all isolating/troubleshooting steps. I appreciate that you've shared the driver link too. By the way, I've replied to your PM. I'll wait for your reply. Hi hitAmberTURQUIOSE241! If in case that you've updated the driver and the issue persists, don't hesitate to send me a PM. I'll pick it up from there.
