Tartarus V2. Cant get this to work in or out of game. Lights work and Synapse has it located.

Tartarus V2. Cant get this to work in or out of game. Lights work and Synapse has it located. Created keymap and linked to game and cant get it to work in game or in browser just randomly trying to use it to actually type. Please help.

    Hey there! Sorry to hear about your gaming keypad's concern. By the way, have you tried logging in to your Razer Synapse using a guest or dummy account? Does the issue happen to all your games? Have you connected the device to a different port on your PC? Ensure to connect the keypad directly to your computer's USB port, not through a USB hub.
