Electra V2 Not working

I have an Electra v2 razer (USB) and since it arrived, I have problems with the audio, it just stops, but if I reconnect it, it comes back. Yesterday, the audio stopped and did not come back, I reconnected several times and still mute. In the sound manager, it says that audio is coming out, but it's not. I've already tested PC audio without the headset and another headset, and it comes out normal.

im with the same problem here... maybe its the driver or something like that but i havent found any older driver yet to try out

@bitPastelPurplepoint399 Please check how the headset appears on the Device Manager. Issues like these are usually driver-related so I highly recommend that you uninstall the ones currently installed then run Windows Updater. @luvsng Please do the same. Do PM me the serial number of your Electra V2 if the problem persists so we can look into possible firmware fixes.
