Razer Blade 15 (mid 2019) cpu hitting 100 degrees
My Blade is constantly running hot while gaming, I have tried using a cool pad, the razer stand but it still hits critical temperatures. The ambient room temperature is about 24. The internal fans sound like they are running at max.
Is this a common issue? I should I look at getting it checked out

Did you also try manual Fans profil at max or some point on high rpm?
Unfortunately on this thin category cpu is always hitting higher temperature due minimal cooling room but users can always avoid hitting often by for example not using gaming mode (cpu tdp limitation), using max fans rpm, undervolting cpu using 3rd party apps like Intel xtu or TS. Other thing to note on default setting if you’re hitting high temperature it will throttle down both temperature and clock frequency check average gaming temperature like using HWinfo64, max frequency may hit 90ish or even high 90ish but average frequency no (from like 30 minutes plus long session).
JoikansaiHi Joikansai, thanks for the reply. I have ensured that the fans are running at max. I understand that the systems are going to get hot but to have every core hitting 100 degrees after just 20 minutes of gaming doesn't seem right. I am worried that this is going to start causing damage. I have taken your advice and installed HWinfo64 and taken a screen shot of the temps while the laptop is at idle, then a screenshot after 20 mins of gaming. I noticed an intense drop in performance, from 120 frames down to 45. I am a little disappointed that a solution would be to take the system out of gaming mode or even under volting the CPU. This is a $5000 AUD laptop, supposedly built for gamers, by gamers.
