Ornata Chroma Macro troubles
Hello Razer support people! I hope there's an answer to this but I haven't found it.
If I press the Function/F9 key to enter macro mode, the "M" light never lights up. However, I know I'm in Macro mode because my RGB lighting goes off and then keys will glow when I press them (recording). The problem is when I try to exit macro mode, I can't get back my lighting back unless I pull the usb plug on the keyboard and plug it back in. Any ideas?

bdlinmiHey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Ornata Chroma's odd behavior on our Support board. Have you tried connecting the keyboard to a different USB port on your computer and see if the issue persists? Have you connected the keyboard to a different computer too?

I've also performed a reset on the ornata...unplugged it, held down escape and caps and plugged it back in.
