I have the same issue with the Razer Nari version.
When I don't use the Noise Reduction doesn't seem to be any problem, but that just takes away the functionality.
Anyone else have this issue or have solved it?

This is a rather common issue since Windows Update 1809. For some reason, mic enhancements that are software-based don't do too well with the changes Microsoft made on how drivers work (OS level). The only workarounds that we've documented to work are to disable any and all mic enhancements and change the default audio format of the mic to 1 channel,16bits,44100Hz.
