Razer Kraken Pro v2 Microphone not working.

I just got the Kraken Pro v2 for Christmas and my microphone wont work. I can't use the splitter because I only have 1 jack and I tried both of the different jacks in the splitter but neither would "enable" my mic. If someone could please help me out that would be great.

To what device are you plugging in the headset? Have you tried connecting the headset it to a different device?

Yes. It works fine in my phone, the mic and audio with out the splitter, but in my laptop and I go to sound settings all I see for "Recording" devices is "Line In" which has a logo of the splitter.

Sorry for the late ass reply, I returned it and got the Kraken TE which I am liking 10x more, along with it having a working mic lol. Thank you for the support though <3
