Kraken 7.1 v2 sound & mic overly loud

I recently just purchased Kraken 7.1 v2's due to having a good experience with the original Kraken 7.1 - But I have come across this issue where audio for everything is overly loud, and my mic is also overly loud - I have to turn both audio and mic down to about 10% so I don't blow out my ear drums or people I'm talking to on discord. I've completely uninstalled and removed drivers twice, to try clean install to see if it would fix it, but it hasn't. Any Idea why audio and mic sounds are ear bursting loud?

So I've found somewhat, a temporary solution, by changing sound and mic quality from 44100Hz to 48000Hz in windows settings - Sound from both earphones and mic are clearer, crisper and sound is more manageable in synapse. I can now increase mic volume to 17% without it bursting friends ear drums and can now turn earphone volume up to about 35% without bursting my ear drums. A lot less echo and sharp sounds from words with S aren't as bad, still needs some work though - feels better but not right.

Hi there! Have you tried changing the settings in Synapse? Can you post a screenshot of your Audio and Mic settings?

Yes, first thing I tried was changing synapse settings. Had to keep them low or both audio and mic was extremely loud. Sure, here's my settings.

Thanks for the screenshots. Have you tried using other ports or PCs to see if the same thing happens?

I have tried other USB connections to see if it was isolated to one port, but it was doing it on all ports. I'm unable to test on another PC as I have the only one in the house.
