Razer Blade Advanced 2019 - battery issue, any advice?

Hello everyone, Today decided to clean my vents from dust, as the summer is really hot. I open the back panel and I saw that the battery pack was inflated - see the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSZb4AxFFGw Anyone saw something similar, is it dangerous for the laptop (quite expensive, you know) Thank you in advance for the help.

Sure it’s dangerous for the laptops and you as well, since it might be fire hazard if you keep using it. Rise support here ticket provide the data needed and link also the video once you got reply. Till then (replacement) if you have to use the Blade you like backup ing data use it without battery attached, it should run without battery on ac adapter power.

Thanks for the reply. I'm a bit afraid to open it again as the back cover is under pressure and I can damage the bolts(maybe I even damaged one). I guess, I will not use it for some time. Best Regards, Dobrin

Please PM me the serial number of your laptop should you opt to send it in for repair. I can start the repair ticket on your behalf if you want to go that route.
