razer huntsman mini t button not working

so my huntsman mini seems to be working fine except for the t button, the key is lighting up but when i press the key it does not register. I have also tried unplugging and re plugging my keyboard in which did not solve the problem, does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried logging in as a guest user? Please reset the keyboard by going to the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings and see if it helps.
