Hi, I'm trying to configure the Kiyo via Synapse 3. When trying to do so, i'm presented with the message "the current settings on your camera is different from razer synapse" I am unable to select either of the options given. I have removed Synapse 3 and reinstalled it Also tried clearing appdata and the folder in program files. Reinstalled. No difference. I see loads of posts on this but not one single solution. Can Razer assist?

    Here is a screenshot. Based on this performance, I don't think I'm going to buy a razor product again. I thought they were top of their game, but this level of support is appauling and this software is winding me up to the max
