KRAKEN 7.1 V2 PRODUCT NUMBER

I tried to register my product after getting a new computer but am unable to find the product ID. I found the serial number on the left cup but no ID anywhere. I'm unable to use this as I don't have a driver for it. Any suggestions? Al.
