Razer Kraken Kitty not detected after update

My Razer kraken kitty was working fine and then after the automatic update it no longer shows in synapse 3 but it’s on the device manager I have tried different USB ports and even uninstalling and reinstalling synapse to no avail my huntsman quartz is showing up just not the kraken anyone found a fix? I’m disappointed Razer...

Anyone else having this issue after recent update?

Found a temporary fix had to completely reinstall synapse 3 and cortex 2 times but the second time I pressed restart later when it prompted me for a computer restart and then opened synapse and this for some reason worked I just restarted again and it seems to still detect my headset, so if you have the same problem press restart later on your install.
