Black Widow Elite Not In Synapse 3

Model Number : RZ03-0262 I had some serious issues downloading the Synapse 3 App with "Server Access Unavailable" message. I found a video on You Tube that suggested adding firewall exceptions for the app and then restarting, which didn't work, in the comments I saw "Disable IPv6" - didn't work, "If your using ethernet, switch to wireless" - didn't work and finally "Use another network" which finally worked. However I still have a problem, my device is not showing up in Synapse 3, this is all very frustrating for me, all the keys work and the illumination is fine on all the keys but it's just not there in Synapse 3. It's quite an old keyboard but I had it working with Synapse 3 less than 6 months ago, I stopped using it for a while and now I would like to use it again but I can't see my Black Widow Wlite anywhere in the App. Please Help!

Never Mind, I logged in with my old account and had the same issue with updating (had to switch network) but once that was done my device was there in the dashboard and my profile is synced! Problem Solved.
