Anyone else have razer dodge their support emails?
I had made a case with them to repair my Razer Phone 2 they responded within 2 days and didn't repair everything wrong with it. I have bought their expensive wireless charger (Nearly $100) for their phone and can't use it because of their battery not lasting a whole year without having issues with it. They closed my rma case number before I received my device, and now I've been waiting since 4/21 for a reply. Has anyone else had an issue like this? What did you do?
