Razer Raiju Ultimate Support
I have posted regarding my Razer Raiju Ultimate for months now conferring with @dekades @Razer.Winteryang and @Razer.RedPanda whilst being one of the first to also try and test firmware updates such as 1.02 - and providing feedback regarding the firmware. Being patient here is an understatement; as I have awaited an update to fix the solution since and nothing seems to have been done.
I would like to yet again seek further support regarding this in terms of attaining a new batch of hardware and or assistance of what I am able to do now in relation to my Raiju Ultimate. The device has been unusable for months and I know that I aswell as many others still await a response to the matter via support or at least an update on what’s been put into place over the past few months where this should have been dealt with.
Support regarding a £200 piece of hardware let alone a controller should not be this difficult. I hope someone is able to get back to me ASAP, considering I was amongst the first to attain this controller and also to contact support leading others within the community to a possible solution. I just want to be able to utilise my £200 spent on a correctly functioning controller. Thanks.
