Nari Ultimate bad audio with wireless dongle

Hey, I recently bought the Razer Navi Ultimate and now found out about an issue. When I connect the Navi via the USB-Dongle on my PC The audio is really muffled. In games I simply just can’t pinpoint directions of gunshots. I also tried to adjust all the settings in Razer Synapse to no avail. The weird thing is... when I connect the Navi using the 3,5mm jack the audio is amazingly clean and sharp. My old Sony gold wireless headset never had any issue like this. This headset worked flawless wireless with its USB-Dongle. Does anyone know how to fix this? I’m not planning to use an expensive wireless headset using a cable... Thanks!

Hi there! Please make sure that the Nari is set properly in your sound settings. Have you tried to use it wirelessly with another PC to see if the same issue persists? Let me know.

I seem to have fixed it. My Windows output device was on the Nari Ultimate - chat. Once I changed it to -game the audio was just as perfect as it was with the wire. I don’t know why this was the issue, but it had seems to be solved now
