goliathus extended chroma rgb problem

Hi, i bought goliathus extended chroma a week ago and today i notice that my mousepad can't use blue color or any other color that needs blue to any light effect. Sometimes it blink blue and then stops. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Can you post a video of the said issue? Also, can you try to use different chroma lighting and plug the Goliathus Extended on another USB port?

    I plug it on another usb port but nothing change. Then i change the colour and the effect to red static and i left my pc open. When i came back after 2 hours i tried one last time to fix it so i just change the coroul to blue to check it and it worked. Just like that...I haven't any problem since then.

    Lovely to hear that it works now. Just to make sure the issue is already eliminated, can you try to unplug and replug the Goliathus Extended?

    I plug my mousepad to another usb port and it seems to work, for now.
