Razer TE stick drift and wireless problems

I've had my TE about 6 weeks now and all of the problems I've feared have started to appear. Worst of all I can't now connect the controller via wireless to my PS4 Pro or the mobile app at all. I've tried all sorts of things but I'm convinced it's dodgy firmware or faulty hardware now. Please help
