Razer Kraken TE game&chat balance bug

I just bought Razer Kraken TE. I can't hear anything when i select Kraken TE game mode in sound setting,even I try to calibrate THX in Synapse. After I re-install Synapse..everything work well then i try using game&chat balance wheel on USB dongle...this problem appear again. I can hear only in chat mode...Is it bug?

      The best way to find the caouse of this issue will be connecting headset to difrent pc and cheack there if you will have the same issue.
