Razer Kraken X not seen in Synapse

Hello A few days ago i bought Razer Kraken X.Headset works good,everything is ok except Razer Synapse.I downloaded the latest software update but Synapse still don't see it. Does Synapse not support this headset?

    Hi @Magzym! We appreciate your interest in our product. Our Razer Kraken X is an analog headset and that's the reason why it is not detected on both Razer Synapse versions.
