Razer v2 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code (Help please)

I have already followed the steps. How many hours/days do I have to wait to receive the email containing the activation code for surround sound? :( Please help. Thanks! :)

    Usually takes about 2 days. I'd keep an eye out on the spam folder.
