Razer blade 15 RTX 2080 electric static noise

Hi everyone, I just got the new razer blade 15 RTX 2080 model. And I found out that in the normal idle status, there are loud electric static noise come out from the body. I had a razer blade 15 GTX 1060 version before, and it won't make such huge noise. Anyone experience the same issue? Here is the link for video recorded the noise. https://photos.app.goo.gl/SxURCBC5aAboVX9c6

I noticed this tonight when launching games. If I alt tab out of them, it stops while on the dekstop. I did some googling... I think it might be the SSD..... it's like this right? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KS-BHI667po It happens in different patterns and frequencies depending on which game is running for me. Sound familiar?

I'm actually thinking now that it is the graphics chip. I also found this: https://www.ultrabookreview.com/24805-asus-zephyrus-gx701gx-review/ The reviewer says there is a sound coming from the right side of the logo of this laptop that has the rtx 2080 max-q as well.

The sound I heard is very similar to the sound on the SSD noise video. So I guess it normal? But how come it didn't happen on the old GTX 1060 model? Did they use different SSD? And I also found a video on youtube.
