Razer Electra V2 Mic issue (3,5mm jack)

I bought Razer Electra V2, and the mic of the headset doesnt work with my notebook. It has a combined audiojack, so idk, what is the problem. I checked all the settings what I know. The mic works perfectly with my mobile, so it must be some software issue, but I have no idea what kind of issue is that. Is there anyone with the same problem?

I tried on on the same device with ubuntu and the mic worked... so all the hardwares must be OK.

Do you get any error message on your computer regarding the headset? Also, can you try connecting it to another computer to isolate the issue?
