Chroma Sync is keep crashing

So I have razer blackwidow v2 tournament edition yellow switch and I downloaded Chroma Sync. Once I open the app it opens for like couple secs and gets closed again by itself. I've tried reinstalling the app and reinstalling razer synapse 3. (I ticked a box to run as admin)

    Are you referring to the ChromaSync apps? The Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition Chroma V2 is not supported with the apps. That's why the app is crashing since the device is not yet supported. You can check the supported device on this link.
