Nari Ultimate issues

I am really at my wits end with all things razer. First they give me this horrible default name which I can not switch. My headset battery only last 2-3 hours on a charge. I have turned all effects and lights off. It then beeps 24/7 when I try and plug it in to charge with the usb cable. On the brief 2 to 3 hours on the charge I can not have all the sound profiles open. The software can not tell how to balance game to music to discord running at the same time. Now my naga mouse is all jerking all across my screen. I really just want to relax and play with my friends. A new $200 dollar headset should out do the $25 backup headset I have to use now.
