Customer support doesnt give a f****
I had a lot of razer equips, recently my razer kraken mic`s stopped working, i contacted support and they said that there was nothing they could do because i bought it 1 year and 11 months ago and the warranty is limited to one year.
i`ve been a razer customer since 2005, when i bought my first "razer copperhead" and ever since had a lot of different products, but as it seems, they dont care about it.
Now i am changing to hyperX for sure.
