Razer Blade 15 2020 grinding fan noise?

Hi,
I've had this laptop for over 4 years, starting yesterday the fans started making this really bad grinding sound, seems to be only the left one. I opened it up, and it was somewhat dusty, so I cleaned it best I could with compressed air, but it's still happening. Seems to pause when moving the laptop around, as shown in video. I have a feeling there's just something wrong with the fan, and it needs to be replaced, but has this happened to anyone else and do you have any potential fixes?  https://100001.onl/
