Just joined Razer Insider. Can anyone give me some tips how to make it detect my razer mouse and keyboard etc for the rewards?

    Just register your devices via support website then link razer ID account to insader :)

    Like mentioned above by @BlackFireDragon , make sure you use the same Razer ID for Insider as you do for Synapse, and make sure your products are registered for warranty as well. Sometimes it may take achievements a while to activate, shouldn't take longer then a week or two.
