Activation code for 7.1 surround sound not working

I bought Kraken X recently and already register the product on my account and then I download the 7.1 surround sound app, log-in to my account, and then type in the code and it says "License code has already been used" How can it used when i just scratch the number on the card? Help!

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. That's quite odd. Where did you purchase your headset? Please send me your headset's serial number together with your email address associated with Razer Synapse via PM. Let's continue from there.
