Alt gr not working anymore on razer cynosa

Hello, from time to time, my "alt gr" key doesn't work for absolutely no reason while every keys on the keyboard are working. Any idea please ? Quite annoying for the "at symbole" or the euro symbole ... Thanks a lot !

Have you tried disabling Synapse to isolate the possibility of this being a software issue?
