Can't install Crhoma Effects

Hello guys i have a problem with the installantion of new profile for mine Blackwidow Crhoma V2. i'm downloading the profile named PUBG from https://www2.razer.com/chroma-workshop/profiles but i can't open the file with synapse.. not in the lighting tab neither in the Crhoma Configurator.. Anyone knows where am i doing wrong? the type of the file that i received from download is (.ChromaEffects)

If you try on synapse the function is off.

Check if the file is .ChromaEffect or .ChromaEffects, if its .ChromaEffect, you should rename the file to .ChromaEffects, if its .ChromaEffects, I dont know
